This was a horrible place to EXIST in ....they did not know the meaning of care.... I brushed the owners arm once and she screamed at me..Don't .... you dare touch me..I was Only putting my empty plait in the hatch...on Another occasion I dared to open my widow overnight it would get so HOT as the heating was on all year ...LIZ came into my room at 7.30 am and slammed it shut and shouted YOU are not allowed to open your window ...it was just a small top window ...For 3 WEEKS after he staff were told to come in my room every hour ...to set the alarm off so she had proof it had been..THIS WAS A EVIL PLACE TO LIVE IN ....

Me. dont you dare touch me .I was only putting my empty plait in the hatch ..on about her a fashion I dated to open my window over night ,she came in my room at 7.30 in the morning and slammedit shut and told me I'm not allowed to have it open it was just a small top window ..for 3 weeks after the staff come into my room every HOUR throughout the night and set my alarm off so she had proof they had done as she ask. ..This was A Evil place to live in ..
