Summerfield Care Home can accommodate up to 15 people. Two double rooms are available for couples and all rooms have wash hand basins, television and telephone points. People are encouraged to bring their own personal possessions and small pieces of furniture to help them feel at home.
A continuous decorating programme means that all new residents move into a refurbished room which is bright clean and fresh. There is a bath hoist for people needing extra assistance and a walk in shower room with grab rails.
The garden is a feature of the home and is accessible from the Lounge and Dining Room. The decking and patio area with its raised flower bed and plant pots provides a pleasant area to sit and enjoy the garden and afternoon tea.
