Our qualified and registerd professional staff is ready to provide top quality services for 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. We provide planed and organised care services according to the situation which meet the needs of the patient, their family and the hospital.
Care at home for people who want to maintain their independence and stay in their own homes. We offer a wide range of services from providing help on a daily basis with domestic tasks or personal care to live-in care depending on your requirement.
Training
We understand that allowing a carer into the home of service users take a lot of trust and serious consideration. That is why the training and assessment of potential carers is critical before they are employed as In Hand Community Care.
Currently We Are Providing The Followng Services
Washing/bathing and dressing, continence management, skin care, medication reminders/prompting, light household cleaning, laundry, ironing and preparing meals, shopping and collecting pension.
