I am a multidisciplinary Coach. Using a blend of Coaching, Cognitive Hypnotherapy and Mediation, I enable you to create the life you want. We follow a process of clearing past stuck points and emotional baggage, which allows you to live into the present fully, we then create the future you want to live, whether personally or professionally. We begin by meeting for a conversation to discuss how I can help you. I'll help you see where you have got stuck and i'll give you a brief idea of how we might work together if we continue. Born the child of a hoarder and mentally unstable mother, I barely went to school and barely ate. Bullied for being the weird kid, I grew up knowing all was not right with my childhood. I spent most of my life intensely driven to prove that I could do and be more. Others saw me as an extrovert, confident, determined, strong. They never saw the real me, my vulnerability, my fear. My drive wasn't healthy, no success was enough. I was running from a lack of self-worth, of confidence. I was a perfectionist, controlling, with hidden anger and desperate to be liked, I cared for everyone but myself. By my mid 30's, I was exhausted, having ground myself down and with no sense of who I really was.
Then I found the solution and I became truly happy, confident, successful and driven but from a deeply positive and healthy place. I don't want you to suffer like I did. If anything I say above resonates with you, or you are struggling in anyway, let's stop it now.
